Our mission is to redefine the electric scooter landscape making high-performance, reliable scooters accessible with never before seen levels of support.

It all started when our founder, Austin, purchased a scooter from another retailer and quickly realized he should not be paying such a huge amount for the support that was offered. From that moment on, he set out to create a better alternative: a brand focused on sustainably sourcing and selling top-quality scooters at a fair price with great support.

    Where do you ship

    We currently only ship to the US

    What is warranty and support like?

    All vehicles come with a free 4 month warranty. Extended warranties are available available at checkout for products such as scooters, but we do not offer additional warranties on parts or upgrades.

    What are your warranty terms?

    Included:
    • Any product (including parts and upgrades) that arrive in a dysfunctional state when a claim is submitted within 14 days of arrival
    • Common wear items such as brake pads and tires
    • Less common items lost to general wear and tear (could include suspension items and others such as headlights)
    • Basic electronic components (motor, controller, throttle etc...)

    Not Included:
    • Cosmetic damage
    • Reckless misuse (includes stunts, overloading, and collisions)
    • The battery of any vehicle we sell (if your battery arrived damaged or broken please submit a claim immediately. In any other case the battery is not included in the warranty)
    • Improper storage (includes water exposure, extreme temperatures, and dangerous/improper charging habits)
    • Accidental damage such as drops, crashes, and vandalism
    Everything on this list is a guideline for our customer service team. Since every claim is not similar we may decide to decline or fulfill claims that do or don't abide by this list (respectively) depending on circumstances.

    Do you offer returns or refunds if i am not satisfied?

    Yes. We offer returns and refunds if the vehicle is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused within a 14 day window of the package arriving on your doorstep.
